About Our Client
A prestigious and international Family Office in central Geneva.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities:

Manage calls, correspondence, and front-desk reception as a first point of contact.

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism.

Support diary / calendar management, meeting setup and events.
-
Coordination and ensure smooth office operations, supplier coordination and vendors.

Support filing, archiving, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
-
Assist management with daily operational needs even under pressure.
The Successful Applicant
Your profile:
-
Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication skills.
-
Proven experience in a receptionist and office manager role ideally in a family office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, maturity and discretion.
- Very well-organised, able to multitask and flexible mindset.

Calm under pressure and able to manage priorities independently
