About Our Client

A prestigious and international Family Office in central Geneva.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, correspondence, and front-desk reception as a first point of contact.

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism.

  • Support diary / calendar management, meeting setup and events.

  • Coordination and ensure smooth office operations, supplier coordination and vendors.

  • Support filing, archiving, and ad-hoc admin tasks.

  • Assist management with daily operational needs even under pressure.

The Successful Applicant

Your profile:

  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication skills.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist and office manager role ideally in a family office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, maturity and discretion.
  • Very well-organised, able to multitask and flexible mindset.
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage priorities independently
